<p>The ministry is categorizing this incident as a fire, however luckily noone was hurt. Apple are now also been ordered to find out the cause of the incident, and report back to the government about it.</p>
<p>Incase you are wishing to know the model number, it was &#8220;<span id="articleBody">MA099J/A&#8221; and around 425,00 of those models were shipped into Japan around September, 2006.</span></p>
