Let us start with the good news first; the Apple 3G is getting unleashed onto the world markets as this post is getting written. Aside from that, the price for the new sets seems to have gone into a sort of a freefall, with the rumor mill going into overtime with suggestions of a $100 drop all the way to the new phones being offered as freebies to all and sundry.
