07 Mar.

Yesterday, at Apple’s press event Scott Forestall took the stage with a few details on the highly anticipated SDK for the iPhone and iPod Touch. He explained what makes the iPhone OS work, and what tools are used for writing applications for the iPhone.

After the SDK event had finished, a Q + A session was held with Apple executives including Steve Jobs and Scott Forstall, when question if VoIP would be allowed as part of the SDK Jobs replied saying that it will be allowed via wi-fi but not through a cellular network.
